YOUNGSTOWN - James and Weaver Office Environments of Youngstown has been retained to provide design consultation for two of the area's largest industrial employers. RTI International Metals in Weathersfield Township hired the Youngstown company to redesign and remodel its public areas and executive offices. WCI Steel in Warren hired James and Weaver to determine the best way to consolidate offices to increase efficiency.
